Job Summary   

Perficient is currently looking to add a dynamic and talented Senior BA/DATA Analyst to our team. Ideal candidates will report to and works closely with our Practice Directors to determine pursuit strategy, ensure quality of deliverables, and also to create new go to market strategies and offerings for each fiscal year. 

What do you need to come aboard?  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 

• Agile Developer with analytical and requirements management skills 

• Technical skills, Developer with analytical skills, familiar with user stories and requirements management (usage, documentation, etc.) 

• Detail oriented 

• Data oriented 

• Someone able to map requirements into the data and databases, identify data patterns, flow of data, and use it for reporting and business needs, and for troubleshooting 

• Financial background ideally 

• Excel experience. Someone who can take a stakeholder excel, analyze it and convert it into report requirements for automated reports 

• Good attitude for self-learning, be proactive, good communication with stakeholders, self-driven as this is a small autonomous and very self-driven team that states their own milestones and release goals based on the business needs
