What do you need to come aboard? 
  • Great customer and stakeholder management.
  • Organized, document procedures, manage/juggle priorities, defuse escalations.
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce as a Consultant / Internal Admin.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • ServiceNow experience and IT service / support desk experience.
  • English high-inter / advanced level.
Nice to have:
  •  Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification is preferred.
  • Other Salesforce certifications a plus.
