Job Summary

As a ServiceNow developer, you will involve designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business needs. This includes analyzing requirements, configuring and customizing the platform, and integrating ServiceNow with other systems. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining workflows, forms, and reports, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
 

What do you need to come abord?

• Minimum 3 years of experience on ServiceNow ITSM
• ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialty Certification.
• Experience development on Service Portal, Incidents, Requests, Service Catalog, workflow, SLAs
• Java scripting, Rest API integration experience.
• Design, implement, and maintain reporting dashboards for ITSM processes.
• Join daily scrum meetings to provide status of development tasks
• Design and request management, Service Catalog solutions using ServiceNow
• Build requests, requested items, Workflow, variable configuration, forms, ACLs, SLA
• Assist in testing
• Create documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Communicate effectively in English B2+ (is a must)
